The rooms were found to be spacious and clean, with the necessary amenities available. These included free Wi-Fi, nice views on the balconies and luxe toiletries to use. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing with comfortable beds and furnishings.
The hotel was found to have character and a classy and elegant atmosphere. The views from the rooms were nice and the rooms were decorated with fine fittings. The hotel was also in a beautiful Moroccan style décor. It is a luxurious and modern setting with traditional feel.
The breakfast buffet that the hotel offered was found to be of great variety and delicious. The breakfast had plenty of items to choose from and the serving staff from here worked hard to accommodate everyone.
Guests were surprised to find there were extra charges in their final bill. These included drinks they had already paid for in the restaurant, the spa and other extra services. These services should have an actual and obvious menu of charges.
Guests did not like that they had paid for half board and had to wait long times to have a decent service in the restaurant. The hotel does not allow for outside drinks and other items. The price for the meals was too much and the half board guests were not taken into account.
Guests found that the staff was a bit disorganized for their tastes. They would not answer questions or would dismiss their inquiries. They would not handle requests to fix things in the rooms and when the service was not positive but rather dismissive.
