Review summary
Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews
This hotel is a tranquil retreat primarily for adults-only travelers, particularly appealing to an older demographic seeking a relaxing getaway. Its excellent location in Kumkoy provides convenient access to numerous shops and pharmacies, while a dedicated shuttle service offers easy transport to the nearby beach. The culinary offerings are a consistent highlight, with a varied and fresh food selection that often exceeds expectations, especially the delightful Patisserie with its delicious coffee and fancy cakes. Guests consistently praise the staff's friendliness and attentiveness, though some communication barriers exist. For a quieter stay, guests might prefer rooms not facing the lively poolside or town side, as noise from adjacent properties can extend late into the night.
