Guests highly rate the location of this hotel as it is within walking distance of everywhere they want to visit. When you tire of walking, or want to explore further afield, the hotel is convenient for the metro with two stations just minutes away.
Guests enjoy their buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant. You will have plenty of energy for a busy day ahead, guests saying that there a very wide selection of good food on offer and that everything they choose is delicious.
You can expect to enjoy a comfortable stay at this hotel. Large beds have lovely crisp cotton sheets, changed daily by housekeeping, and rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Slippers are a nice touch, as are the complimentary toiletries which are good quality.
Use of the internet is important to guests and many do expect a hotel to include free Wi-Fi in rooms as standard within the price. Guests are disappointed to find that this is not the case at this hotel and that Wi-Fi incurs an extra charge.
The hotel is showing signs of age and may benefit from redecorating and general refurbishment. Guests say that their rooms look old fashioned, that carpets are worn, and furniture is in need of replacement. However, guests do find everything is nice and clean.
Some guests whose rooms were closes to the main road said that they could hear it, and this caused a disturbance. Other guests whose rooms were at the top of the hotel, close to the roof terrace, were disturbed by the bar which had music playing until very late.
