Great Central Birmingham Location.
Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this Birmingham location is sure to please. Guests were consistently delighted with the convenience of being situated so close to everything within Birmingham's downtown core, with the many nightclubs of Broadstreet and the Mailbox restaurants and bars overlooking the canal all within a two-minute walk. New Street Station is also just a ten minute stroll away.

Pleasant Rooms Represent Good Value.
Guests consistently reviewed the Premier Inn as great value for money, with reasonably priced rooms that provided all that was necessary for a comfortable night's stay. The rooms were described as cosy and clean, equipped with comfortable beds, and with many having lovely views over the canal. Guests also appreciated having picked a nice quiet location for their Birmingham visit. Top notch service from a friendly and helpful staff completed the package.
positive:
Nice In-House Bar and Resto.
While several pubs, cafes, and restaurants are just a stroll away, guests appreciated having the option to stay at the hotel for a relaxing drink and a great meal. Visitors enjoyed the ambience of the bar, and consistently gave high marks to the restaurant for its food and service. The slap-up brekky was particularly popular, with some saying it was the best they'd had in ages.

Rooms a Little on the Small Side.
Some guests found their rooms to be far too small, having to squeeze between the bed and the wall just to get around. Overall, however, these same guests felt the room was still satisfactory, and representative of what would be expected for a Premier Inn room. This hotel's website does in fact also advertise this particular location's rooms as being smaller than average.
negative:
Trouble Securing a Parking Spot.
Although parking is provided at the location, many guests mentioned that spaces are limited and that those arriving late may have trouble getting a spot. For those guests who did get a spot, the additional fee was largely accepted and considered to be well priced for the privilege and convenience of downtown on-site parking.
negative:
Some Rooms Missing Air Con.
While many guests mentioned appreciating having air conditioning in their rooms, others seemed to miss out. On warmer days those guests found it hard to get comfortable in the absence of the air con, and found the downtown hustle and bustle too noisy to open their windows as a relieving alternative.
