The way the numbering system is set for the rooms can be confusing and throw you off when you try to find your room. Room 300 may be on the same floor as room 600, so asking staff members might be a good choice.
Though some of the rooms come with air conditioning that’s controlled by reception, not every room does. If this is a must for you, you will want to verify that your room has it ahead of time.
Because the hotel is eco-friendly, they don’t offer the smaller bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Rather, they have large pumps on the wall, which housekeeping sometimes forget to fill.
