Review summary

Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for families, business travelers, and sightseers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur. Its prime location offers direct access to local street food, embassies, and is within walking distance of the Petronas Towers and the Ampang Park LRT/MRT station. The standout amenity is the in-room washing machine with dryer function, perfect for extended stays. Guests consistently praise the friendly and attentive staff, though breakfast, often pre-packed, receives mixed reviews for its limited variety. For the best experience, consider booking one of the spacious apartments which offer a living room and kitchen, providing excellent value and comfort.
