The hotel is located in a safe area with convenient access to public transportation, which makes exploring the city a breeze.

Guests appreciated the hotel's two restaurants, which offer delicious snacks and quick evening meals.

Upon first entering, guests remarked that they enjoyed the well-designed, charming lobby area and that the positive experience continued once they entered the spacious rooms.

While several staff members were praised for their excellent customer service full of knowledge and professionalism, guests overall found the hotel to often be unwilling to cater to their needs. Guests reported that they often felt more like being preached at or dictated what not to do instead of kindly being advised as should be the case. For example, that pertains to not being allowed to move the lounge chairs at the pool or open the umbrellas a lot of times, having to use the hotel's towels while at the pool even if not needed, and guests also noted that it might be in your best interest not to ask questions if you don't want to receive a rude and uncaring response.

Guests reported that several aspects of the hotel are dated and in need of upgrading such as the carpets, TVs and elevators. Guests also wished that the hotel would invest in better sound-proofing, as they could overhear their neighbor's conversations as well as cars passing by.

Not only did guests critique that Wi-Fi wasn't free, but it is also spotty and quite slow, which is not ideal for business travelers.
