Staff often difficult to find.
Sometimes the guesthouse staff are difficult to find. Many guests have reported that they had to wait around for someone to greet them or when guests needed something they could not find any staff members to help them.
Inconvenient breakfast times.

Due to the breakfast hours being so short it can be very busy at breakfast time which lends to slower service and overrun staff members.
