Guests said that the hotel staff are usually very attentive and do whatever they can to make stays pleasant. They added that this kind of attitude helps create a good atmosphere in the hotel and gives the impression that guests are valued.
The rooms here are very tidily kept, and guests generally found them to have everything necessary for comfortable stays. Don't expect accommodations that are especially luxurious, but stay here if you want basic, yet comfortable accommodations at a good price.
Guests were wowed by the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. They found it to be a great place to beat the heat, and especially appreciated it when travelling with kids. The gorgeous views will also give you an interesting and different perspective of the city from what you may be used to in the daytime.
This isn't a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of it all. Although taxis are available to get to city attractions, guests found that there's not a lot to do right around the hotel. Some also commented that the area is a little desolate and feels a bit unsafe.
The rooms here are probably not among the most spacious you've ever seen. Usually, guests agreed that the small size was not too much of a bother, but they clarified it was especially noticeable when staying with family members.
Many guests felt the prices of food at the rooftop bar were very expensive for what was offered. With that in mind, you may want to eat there as a special treat and not as a habit.
