Being right on top of the town of Mykonos you look down a hill side towards it and the sea. Many guests remarked how much they enjoyed the view from the room, the pool and the bar. Rental car agencies, restaurants and shops are nearby so you are not in an isolated location.
Many guests felt that they received great customer service with friendliness and that the staff went out of their way to be helpful in planning and accommodating requests.
Many people rave about the great property the hotel is in, with its typical blue and white Greek looks. The rooms are clean and spacious. The studio rooms have a nice big private balcony that many enjoyed as an evening retreat.
Some guests were not happy about the stairs that they had to climb to get around the property. The property is built on a hill side and on different levels, so there is no way to get around that.
Though the view of the bar has been enjoyed by many, there was also a sentiment that drinks were a bit overpriced. Cocktails in Europe are generally more expensive than in the US though.
Some guests felt that their bathrooms could have been a bit bigger or that their room was not as nice as some of the pictures on the website. Apparently some rooms are updated and some are not so you might want to make sure to get one of the modernized ones.
