Review summary

Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews

A classic city-center base with stunning mountain views.

This hotel serves sightseers and travelers seeking a spacious, well-connected retreat in the heart of the city. An unbeatable location directly adjacent to Shizuoka Station is rounded out by a standout breakfast buffet featuring diverse local specialties. Guests often praise the spacious room design, and those booking higher floors should request a room with panoramic views to enjoy the best vantage points of Mount Fuji. While the property maintains a grand aesthetic, the infrastructure is aging and would benefit from a comprehensive update to meet modern expectations.

Some guests mentioned: worn facilities, inconsistent service, self-service luggage.
