    Very polite and helpful staff members

    The staff members make every effort to give visitors VIP treatment. They are well trained and do not hesitate to offer you assistance when requested to do so. Their attitude is very positive and makes for a relaxing stay at the hotel.

    The furniture is well maintained, modern and elegantly selected. The bathrooms are clean and daily housekeeping is available in all of the rooms. The rooms are big, suitable for families with children and well arranged. Public areas are also very clean and easy to navigate.

    Guests were quite satisfied by the service they received at the onsite restaurant. The food was very well prepared and the international menu was diverse and catered to a wide variety of palates. The breakfast spread was extraordinary and guests seemed to enjoy it.

    Difficult to operate and faulty air-con system

    Some guests complained about the air conditioning system in their rooms. A few of the units were defective and did not operate as expected. Others found the systems to be too difficult and had a hard time adjusting them to fit their liking.
