Ellenborough Park is set in a truly beautiful old building and its surrounding grounds are just lovely. It feels like a really luxurious place to stay. Guestrooms are absolutely immaculate, clean, comfortable and spacious.
Hotel employees are incredibly accommodating, helpful and thorough, without being overbearing. The attention to detail is impressive and they will be sure to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The facilities at the spa are outstanding and the staff there are great. You can relax in the spa or get yourself a massage. The heated outdoor pool is a real bonus too.
While the spa at Ellenborough Park is really impressive, you should book in advance or risk the possibility of missing out. It is very popular and often fully booked, so make sure you get in early. There isn't always room for you to make a spontaneous vis
Getting online isn't always easy here. In some areas the signal is strong while, in certain guestrooms, the connectivity is patchy to say the least. You might find that you keep dropping out, which is really frustrating.
The staff are unfailingly polite and friendly but, sometimes during busy times in the restaurants at breakfast and dinner, service can slow down considerably. Perhaps a few more employees are needed during these periods.
