Guests enjoyed having meals and drinks at the restaurant. Although they found it a bit overpriced, they felt this was the norm for oceanfront restaurants. The food was also found to be good and the people working there to be prompt with the service.
The staff were found to be friendly and kind by guests. They were warm and friendly people who seemed to care for the guests. They tried to accommodate them to the best they could and helped with tours and information.
Guests enjoyed having the hotel right in front of the beach. It is a private beach area in the national park of Tulum. It was nice to have your own piece of paradise. The beach was beautiful and clean, while the ocean views could be enjoyed from the rooms and restaurant.
Guests felt the cabins were too rustic and needed some comfortable furnishings to make it feel more livable. Guests also had little wardrobe space which would have been nice.
Guests felt the hotel was a bit overpriced for them. They did not enjoy that the rental bike service was charged each day and per person. They also felt the restaurant was overpriced. The fact they had to get taxis to head into town was also a bit frustrating.
Guests who did not have the private bathrooms would have preferred to not have shared ones. It was inconvenient to head to the showers and bathrooms in the hotel, and the cleaning was not the greatest.
