The vast majority of past guests felt that, due to the quality and number of amenities offered by this hotel, it represented excellent value for money for the region. Spacious rooms, proximity to the Playa de Gandia, a peaceful atmosphere, plentiful parking and a helpful reception team have helped to cement this property's place as a top pick for guests returning to the region.
While it is popular as a base for seaside holidays, a number of travellers found that this hotel - based just off of European Route 15 - was very convenient for a short stay or stopover.
The quality of food here was also commended. Catering for Spaniards vacationing in the region, it doesn't boast a range of international options - in fact, the menu is rather small - but the quality of the buffet is, overall, very impressive. Guests also really appreciated the microwaves in the dining area, perfect for zapping food back up to piping hot in no time.
The quality of the Wi-Fi here was hit or miss. Some reported no issues at all, but many others commented that they were only able to access the network in the reception area.
This property is very popular with locals and some English speakers reported that, at times, it was a struggle to find Anglophone staff at the this hotel.
While the dinner buffet here is very popular, recent reviews suggest that the quality of the breakfast at this hotel could be improved. Past guests report that the offerings consisted mainly of cakes and those hoping for a quality cup of coffee were left distinctly unimpressed by the beverage dispensed by this hotel's coffee machine.
