Guests loved the location of Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn, which is within walking distance to Disneyland, Downtown Disney District & California Adventure. There is also a Disney Resort shuttle which guests can take. Guests could even watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel balconies. There are plenty of dining options within a short distance.
The guests felt that the hotel is clean and comfortable with good facilities. The pool area was well maintained and a lovely place to cool down and relax after a busy day at the theme parks. It had plenty of sunbeds and fresh clean pool towels.
Guests liked the breakfast which is very fresh and had a good selection of hot and cold items. Guests rated the breakfast above average.
Few guests found the A.C unit was placed in an odd position with the air flow hitting the wall directly and it didn't allow the air flow to reach the beds. It also made a very loud noise and disturbed the sleep.
Some guests felt that the rooms were small and beds were a bit uncomfortable. Carpets in the room were not too clean, T.V had some problems in functioning and the housekeeping staff came as late as three in the afternoon to clean the rooms which is not really liked by guests.
Customers were not happy with the hotel's charge of $10 for parking. Also, the parking spots were full and the hotel had nowhere to adjust more cars coming in.
