Hotel Augustus et Otto (Prague, Czech Republic)

Guests are really pleased with the hotel's convenient location. It is just near Novy Smichov Mall where tram and metro stops are located. It is also just a few minutes' walk to different major establishment and attractions, allowing guests to save a lot of time in exploring the area.

Guests were contented with the quality of sleep they got during their stay. Because the hotel is located in a little side street, guests did not experience much noise. The rooms are also well-soundproofed, allowing guests to really rest and take a break from the stresses of daily life.

Augustus et Otto's staffs have a very good command of the English language. Several guests have praised the quality of service offered which was made possible because there were no language barriers. They have also commended the friendliness of the hotel's personnel.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations at affordable rates. However, some guests find the on-site amenities to be too basic to their liking. There are no fitness centres nor swimming pools, discouraging some of the guests.

Wi-Fi acces is available for free throughout the property. However, guests find the Wi-Fi signal very unreliable, causing them to have a difficult time in updating their social media accounts, or even checking their e-mails.

The breakfast served in the hotel is definitely delicious. Guests who are staying for a long time though, find the foods to be a bit repetitive. However, this shouldn't be a major issue, as there are a lot of restaurants just within walking distance from the hotel.
