Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families and sightseers, offering a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city. Its central location in the heart of downtown, with proximity to Main Street and local events, is a significant advantage. The inviting and clean swimming pool is a key amenity, especially for families. Guests consistently praise the exceptional staff and service, with the front desk frequently highlighted for its welcoming demeanor and efficiency, and the breakfast buffet at the adjacent restaurant, JB's, often noted for its quality and variety. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room that faces away from the main street.
