On Sunday and Tuesday, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables on the market and try new recipes in the apartment kitchen. You could also enjoy a day with your kids in Hidropark, play golf in Alcanada or visit the lighthouse in Formentor. All apartments are decorated in a bright and modern way so you can feel at home. It’s a nice place to enjoy beach holidays in the north of Mallorca. The apartments with 3 bedrooms count with a spacious living-dining area with TV (satellite channels available), WiFi, well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and oven, laundry room and a balcony or a terrace. The loft category consists in a nice holiday home for couples as it can accommodate 2 people. They count with a small living area, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a bathroom. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
