About Camping Village Mare Pineta

The 4-star Camping Village Mare Pineta overlooks the magnificent Bay of Sistiana near Trieste. Located on a panoramic position on top of a cliff it looks down on the Gulf of Trieste. Bordering the Camping and running along the coast high on hill border there is the Rilke path, an extremely fascinating walk going from Sistiana to Duino Castle. You can spend your holidays in the shady pinewood at Camping Village Mare Pineta on one of the pitches in the camp-site area or choose one of the many mobile homes in the holiday village area. There is also a swimming pool with sun beds and beach umbrella rental service. The beach is situated in Sistiana, about 10 minutes from the campsite. A funny train makes daily journeys to and from the beach and is available free of charge to Camping Village guests. Near the swimming pool area there is a café-bar, restaurant and pizzeria. Sport lovers can play tennis, 5-a-side football, basketball, volleyball or use the gym, while for children there is new large well-equipped playground. The entertainment team organises games, tournaments and shows.
