Many guests liked the vicinity of public transport, with the train station just being a short walk from the hotel. Many attractions in The Hague like museums and historic buildings, but also shopping opportunities, cafes and restaurants can be reached in a leisurely 15 minute walk.
Guests liked the modern layout and design of the rooms. The rooms are spacious and have amenities like premium bedding that guests enjoyed. Some rooms offer balconies and a nice view from it. The hotel is overall quiet as the rooms are sound-proofed and the Wi-fi connection works well.
Customer service and friendliness are excellent at this location according to guests. From the front desk to the bar, everybody does their best to make your stay comfortable. The staff is well spoken in English, so there are no communication problems. They can help you with finding directions, making reservations or recommending things to visit.
Guests who booked the breakfast were not impressed by the choices presented and felt it could be better for the price charged. You might want to venture out and find a cafe, as you might get something better for your money outside of the hotel.
Some guests encountered trouble with the heating system not reaching a comfortable temperature in the room at colder days. Apparently it is automated and does not heat continuously unless you set it to maximum. If you employ this little trick it should not be an issue.
Guests missed the availability of a fitness centre or a pool. For a four star hotel the hotel lacks some amenities which are usually provided.
