A rustic, historic base for budget-conscious Hilo explorers.
This property serves budget travelers seeking a simple, authentic stay within a historic, plantation-style setting. The hotel sits in the heart of downtown Hilo and is rounded out by a free laundry facility for added convenience. Guests frequently praise the complimentary breakfast featuring fresh local fruits, and those arriving late can take advantage of the key lockbox system for flexible check-in. While the staff is often described as friendly and hospitable, the overall experience remains highly dependent on the specific shift and the building's aging infrastructure.
