Guests found them going out of their way to keep guests happy. They readily explained all the options and services that are available to guests. The shuttle drivers were great and the valet personnel worked hard.

Guests admired the beauty of the renovated hotel, which maintains much of its historic charm while providing all the modern conveniences. They loved the stunning look of the hotel entrance with its 1920 architecture. They also felt that the hotel is housed in one of the most beautiful buildings in the city.

Elegant rooms, great breakfast
Guests loved the spacious rooms with separate living rooms and bedrooms. The multiple windows let fresh air and natural light into the rooms. Kids were all praise for the 50-inch TVs. Guests found the bedding and the mattresses to be of high quality. They applauded the full-body spray, the huge towels and the great robes in the bathrooms. Guests also praised the delicious and generous breakfast offered in the restaurant, and the views offered by the rooftop lounge.

Guests visiting the hotel from Sunday to Tuesday cannot experience the facility, as it is open only Wednesday through Saturday.
