The resort offers multiple room types including villas by the beach and water bungalows over the lagoon. Facilities within the rooms are also excellent, including the sound system, luxury toiletries and sound system.
Guests have been impressed not only with the variety of food available in the hotel but the quality, with the pastries being rivalled to those you would find in Paris! The service received throughout the hotel is excellent with staff going out of their way to get to know you individually and make your holiday the best it can be. Rooms also have a butler service which is an additional touch of luxury.
For guests wanting a short transfer this is the perfect resort as it is just 15-minutes by speedboat. There are lots of excursions and activities to do in the area with sightseeing in Male, underwater submarine trips and shark being some of those that received special mentions. The water is very clear and therefore due to the visibility is an excellent location for guests wanting to snorkel or dive.
As the hotel is relatively close to the airport some aircraft noise may be heard. Guests have pointed out that these are not too frequent and therefore it does not affect the enjoyment of the holiday.
There have been some reviews saying that the hotel is quite expensive, however guests have also reported that it's worth every penny!
If you book a flight that arrives into Male Airport quite early, although the speedboat transfers are available 24-hours a day your room may not be available until check in time.
