The Location Is Practical

The location affords you easy access to the CBD. It's also near Queen Street where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurants. You will also have easy access to the harbour and more.

It's Fine for the Basics

You will have the basic cooking utensils, a decent shower, and linens. A hair dryer can be acquired from the front desk. The hotel rates are not expensive and the mini-mart downstairs is a bonus. If you are only looking for cheap accommodation, this hotel will do.

Parking Is a Dilemma

Parking will be a huge issue at this hotel. The metered parking on the street will cost you plenty and it's not always available. The hotel basically has no parking of its own. Keep in mind, you have to walk up steep steps to get to the hotel. If you are carrying heavy luggage or groceries, it's going to be a struggle.

The Wi-Fi Is Going to Cost You Extra

The Wi-Fi is not complimentary, it's expensive, and it's quite slow. You will have to look elsewhere for expedient information about places to go, transportation, and other activities.

It's a Shared Shambles

The shared kitchen is not kept in the best condition. It needs to be tidied up. Moreover, when you walk into the door of the facility, there's a horrid smell that you can't ignore. Rooms are quite small and the toilet is like a box.
