Few guests felt that the location of the hotel is not too appropriate and is far from downtown which makes it is difficult to access and even the taxis take more money. However,it is perfect for those visiting Acibedem University.

There is not enough parking at the apartment however; there is a space on the street for free parking.

The staff at the aparthotel can't communicate in English especially the night staff as mentioned by the guests. However, they are very friendly and tries to help you at any given time.
