Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
A functional, centrally located base for budget-conscious travelers.
This property serves as a practical hub for sightseers and families seeking a convenient home base. An exceptionally central location in Manukau pairs with ample parking to simplify transit for those arriving by vehicle. The beds are exceptionally comfortable for many guests, and those traveling in larger groups may find the spacious family units a helpful choice for their stay. While the staff is often praised for being welcoming, the overall experience remains inconsistent due to aging infrastructure and varied maintenance standards across the property.
Some guests mentioned: unreliable Wi-Fi, hygiene concerns, musty odors.
