The lovely River Odra with its islands and bridges are just a few steps away. Ostrow Tumski and the Galleria are also nearby.
The rooms are generally described as sparkling clean, modern, and fresh. Many guests claim the beds are the "most comfortable" they have ever slept in, and appreciate the fine quality of the soft linens. The Super Breakfast Buffet generally lives up to its name, with most guests praising the impressive variety of hot and cold options. Guests also appreciate the hotel's brand-new fitness centre and free Wi-Fi.
Most guests give the front desk staff rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, noting that they are able to accommodate large groups cheerfully and efficiently. Many are fluent in English as well as Polish, and are pleased to provide directions, recommend restaurants, and accommodate special requests. The housekeeping and wait staff also receive high marks for their friendly manner and attention to detail.
