Positive Reviews
positive:
Perfect for the Asian Side of Istanbul.
If you need to be close to the business district, or you just want to be on the Anatolia area of the city, this hotel is a great location for where Europe meets Asia. It's also conveniently close to the shopping areas where you'll find designer merchants like Louis Vuitton, Burberry, etc.
positive:
Clean, Spacious Rooms.
Guests commented that the guestrooms and bathrooms are rather large. If you're looking for more space in your room while staying in Istanbul, you’ll probably like it here.
positive:
Hard-Working, Attentive Staff.
The majority of visitors said the staff, particularly the front desk, does a great job of providing support and services with a friendly attitude.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not Ideal for Tourism.
This hotel is located in the financial district, so for people here on business it’s an ideal location. For vacationers, some travellers cited that points of interest are bit out-of-the-way. So if you're here to see all the sights of Istanbul then you may be in for a longer commute (and a trip across the river) to get there.
negative:
Extras Seem Excessively Priced.
When it comes to the extras, some guests believe the hotel does a bit of price gouging. They cited items on the minibar being expensive, breakfast being a bit pricey and drinking water (which the hotel suggests you use rather than tap water), is not only a charged item, but also overpriced.
negative:
Few Grumpy Staff Members.
Some guests mentioned that they had less than positive interactions with some of the staff members. Some guests had problems with the front desk and pool attendants. Overall, though, many guests seem to enjoy their interactions with the hotel employees.
