Excellent facilities.

Many travellers to Pimalai Resort & Spa were enthusiastic about the facilities at the resort. The swimming pool, spa, beach and sports activities were all praised for the condition they were in.

Wonderful setting.

A number of guests were happy with the location of the resort. It is near a beach and a bay with some travellers having an amazing view of Thailand from their balcony. This accommodation is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet stay in Thailand.

Some visitors were satisfied with the cleanliness of their rooms. They stated the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the resort throughout was kept in a spotless condition.

High prices.

If you are looking for budget accommodation in Thailand, this resort is not the right one for you. Some visitors were disgruntled with the prices in the restaurant, advising that the prices were too high. Also, there is a 17% tax which was added onto the food bill. However, Pimalai Resort & Spa is a high end establishment and the prices would reflect this.

Long journey.

A few travellers quibbled about the length of the journey to the establishment. They stated it took too long to get to the resort, as different modes of transport have to be taken in order to get to the resort.

Weak Wi-Fi.

Some guests were displeased with the condition of the Wi-Fi, advising that the Wi-Fi wasn’t quick enough and when the Wi-Fi was connected, the connection didn’t last for very long.
