Meadowlands Hotel (Tralee, Ireland)

Whether you enjoy the food in the restaurant at Meadowlands Tralee, or alongside the pool bar, guests have said that it exceeded their expectations by far. Even those guests who have attended a wedding at this hotel say that the food is unforgettable.

There are many families who spend their vacation time at this hotel, and almost all of them just love the rooms. They have been described as modern, clean and with plenty of space for each member of the family to find a spot and relax.

The staff at the poolside bar have been described as friendly, courteous and service orientated, while guests often spend every evening soaking up the atmosphere with a specialty drink, and five star snacks. Many visitors end up making new friends before the evening is even over.

A couple of travellers complained about being kept awake during the night by the constant humming sound of the boiler system. If you happen to find yourself in a room close to this sound you should pack a pair of earplugs just to be safe.

There have been a few complaints from visitors about the poor selection of cheeses and fresh fruits at breakfast. Others do not like the tight time schedule that you have to be available to enjoy your breakfast. Nonetheless, most visitors say they enjoyed the coffee.

With everything else so modern and clean, guests were a little surprised to find the TV's in some of the rooms was from the 1980's. They feel it was really out of place, and spoilt the rest of the room at Meadowlands Tralee.
