Guests found the Inishowen Gateway staff to be polite and friendly and the resulting atmosphere to be relaxed and welcoming.
The facilities on offer at this hotel seem to be as wide-ranging as they are high quality, with the swimming pool and leisure centre found to be relaxing, and the kids club, Planet Active, was a firm favourite of both children and adults.
Most of those who stayed found the food to be of good quality, reasonably priced and tasty, while the rooms were likewise comfortable, spacious and clean.
Some found the dinner and breakfast services to be a little slow, and a few thought the check-in time was later than it should be, with some further waiting required for rooms.
A few of those who stayed found the room decor to be on the dated side, but as some guests remarked, this could be due to the colour scheme used, rather than any indication of age.
Guests occasionally mentioned that the walls at Inishowen Gateway seemed to be a bit thin as they sometimes heard noise from other guests in adjacent rooms to theirs.
