No frills accommodation, but everything suffices for the basics.  Well-located with Perth city centre less than five miles away.  Very adequate and comfortable; easy to reach between the Highlands and Glasgow. 

Clean and well-appointed, you'll find a television, great Wi-Fi connection, very comfortable new beds and perfect linens.  Adequate; everything you'd expect.  If you're interested in the best views, choose an upper floor.

The receptionists are delightful and can't do enough to make your stay comfortable.  Friendly and welcoming, reception is open all day and night should you need anything.
