Review summary

Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews

A convenient, amenity-rich base for families and sightseers.

This property serves as a practical hub for families and sightseers seeking a home-away-from-home experience. The Arizona Mills Mall sits alongside a spacious swimming pool, creating a balance between retail convenience and on-site recreation. Guests frequently praise the hot breakfast buffet for its variety, and those seeking extra room to spread out should consider booking one of the spacious suites for an apartment-style layout. While the property offers many functional perks, the inconsistent room quality and polarized service standards remain notable aspects of the guest experience.

Some guests mentioned: dated interiors, inconsistent cleanliness, parking fees.
