Sleep Inn Decatur I-72

The hotel primarily serves as a practical stopover for road trippers and travelers seeking convenience, given its direct access to the interstate. While some guests find the beds comfortable and the staff friendly, many reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the hotel's overall condition and cleanliness. It often accommodates truck drivers and construction workers, and its appeal lies more in its accessibility than its amenities or upkeep. Guests frequently report issues with room maintenance, such as non-functional electrical outlets and broken fixtures, alongside problems with the functionality of various facilities, including the pool and hot tub. For those considering a stay, it is advisable to manage expectations regarding the property's age and condition, and to inspect the assigned room thoroughly upon arrival to ensure it meets basic standards. Bringing earplugs might also be beneficial due to potential noise from other guests or the surrounding area.
