Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
The hotel is highly regarded for its central location, placing guests conveniently close to a major shopping mall and within walking distance of the seaside. This makes it an excellent choice for sightseers looking to explore the city's attractions and business travelers seeking easy access to key areas. Many guests highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who consistently go above and beyond to assist with requests and ensure a pleasant stay. While the breakfast receives praise for its quality and satisfying portions, some guests note inconsistencies in room cleanliness and maintenance issues. The hotel is often recommended for families and couples due to its welcoming atmosphere and strategic position. To enhance your experience, it is advisable to specifically request a non-smoking room if you are sensitive to odors, and be prepared for potential minor maintenance issues in some rooms.
