Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

A convenient, budget-friendly base for Philadelphia travelers.

This hotel serves as a practical hub for sightseers and event-goers seeking a relaxed, leisure-oriented atmosphere. The property sits alongside the Bala Cynwyd district and is rounded out by a gated parking garage for added vehicle security. Guests frequently praise the reception staff for their welcoming and helpful demeanor, and those seeking extra comfort may want to request one of the spacious rooms to ensure a more restful stay. While the culinary quality of on-site meals is a standout, the lack of an on-site breakfast service remains a notable gap.

Some guests mentioned: inconsistent Wi-Fi, uncomfortable mattresses, temperature control issues.
