The location near subway lines is good for exploring Tokyo, but is still off-set enough to provide a quiet street environment. Guests stated that they felt very safe and comfortable in the area, with people quietly milling about even late at night.
Reviewers enjoyed the eateries in the hotel, praising both the variety of cuisine offered as well as the quality. The local area also has a number of its own restaurants which earned high praise from patrons.
The suites are spotlessly clean and cosy. A large number of people commented on the beds, stating that they are among the most comfortable one will find in a hotel. However, some noted that the rooms may be smaller than those typically found in Western establishments.
A few guests felt that this hotel is not the greatest value for money, stating that they had booked similar establishments in Tokyo for less. Nonetheless, few said that the prices were unreasonably high or that their stay was not worth it.
Navigating the city will require a bit of walking, and the nearby subway stations are a bit far from the main lines. Reviewers who noted this added that a lot of walking is to be expected when getting around Tokyo, however.
