Although guests enjoy the ambiance at Malmaison Aberdeen, which is created with the help of their designer lighting, some guests find this rather romantic light a little impractical when it comes to applying makeup or reading, etc.
Although guests loved the food in the Brasserie restaurant and Malbar, some find the service there and at reception a little slow. This was frustrating at times but especially when guests were trying to check in or enjoy a special evening meal.
Unfortunately, a very small handful of guests were disappointed that they found their accommodation to be dusty.
