Situated on the banks of the River Thames, the hotel boasts fantastic views which were thoroughly appreciated by all who stayed here. The hotel also offers plenty of leisure activities including fishing and boat trips and during warm weather guests can enjoy champagne and oysters on the lawn. If you like the idea of waking up to wonderful views of the Thames then you will certainly appreciate this hotel’s location.

Many of the guests were pleased with the decor of their rooms stating that the furniture and upholstery were elegant and that the rooms were tastefully decorated. The modern amenities including Nespresso coffee makers, safes and branded toiletries were also greatly appreciated by the guests.

The food served at the hotel has been described as tasty and of high quality. Guests also appreciated having a wide variety of food to choose from at breakfast and on the lunch and dinner menus. There are 2 restaurants on-site which means that even fussy foodies will find something they like.

Some guests complained about having to walk quite a bit in order to get to their rooms. Although there is a lift on the premises, many guests were not made aware of it and were not offered assistance with their luggage.

The waiting staff in the dining room as well as the bar staff have been described as inattentive and quite slow. Some guests objected to having to wait longer than expected in order to be seated and also waiting too long for their orders.

Guests whose rooms were located above the function suite complained about not being able to get to sleep at night due to loud music.
