Good to know

  • Alpine views from Mürren location

Admire panoramic mountain views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks directly from guest room balconies and the hotel terrace.

  • Spa facilities with sauna access

Relax in the on-site spa featuring multiple saunas, a steam room, and a cold plunge pool after a day of hiking or skiing.

  • Seasonal room temperature limitations

Guest rooms lack air conditioning, and open windows during summer months may allow insects to enter the living space.

  • Modernized historic hotel rooms

Stay in recently renovated guest rooms featuring parquet floors and mid-century modern décor within a historic 1874 building.

  • Buffet breakfast in Palace Hall

Start your morning with a buffet breakfast featuring locally sourced items served in the historic, wood-paneled Palace Hall dining room.

Request the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for assistance with luggage transport from the Mürren BLM train station to the property.

  • Kids club and family services

Utilize the supervised kids' club and family-friendly amenities, including children's bath products and dedicated play areas, during your stay.

  • Restaurant service and menu limitations

The hotel restaurant offers a limited dinner menu, and service speed can vary due to the reliance on a small kitchen team.
