Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
This hotel is a tranquil historic hideaway ideal for sightseers and couples seeking a charming escape. Its excellent location in the heart of Bernal places guests within a short walk of the main square and central attractions. The property distinguishes itself with a pet-friendly policy, allowing guests to bring their furry companions without extra charge. Guests consistently praise the attentive and friendly staff, who are always ready to assist, though the absence of on-site breakfast is a recurring point.
