The employees are very hospitable, well trained and kind. Many guests were satisfied with the reception staff and found their friendliness, calm manner and speed in handling complaints and requests exceptionally admirable.
The apartments are quite large and well furnished
The rooms are very spacious and properly maintained. The kitchens are well equipped and contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a kettle, a microwave and a refrigerator. The apartments as well as other public areas are very clean.
Good value for money considering its location
The hotel charged relatively low rates compared to other hotels in the area. You get good value for your money if you are travelling on a budget and looking for a hotel with a basic setup.
The wireless internet connection was a bit slow
Quite a number of guests felt that the Wi-Fi speed was rather slow and could have used a little boosting especially in the hotel's public areas. A number of guests were disappointed with their browsing experience as the connection didn't live up to their expectations.
Rooms are not soundproofed, hence restless sleep
Some guests have raised issue with the poor sound insulation in the rooms. Those unfortunate enough to have rowdy next door neighbors could hardly get any sleep as noise travels through the walls. Rooms close to the car park receive a lot of noise due to disturbing car alarms.
Long lines at the breakfast table
During the peak seasons the hotel breakfast room gets very busy. Queues can be quite long and a number of guests felt that the hotel was not well prepared for the surge of diners. Some felt that there weren't many options on offer.
