positive:
Extremely good value.
For those of you that are travelling on a budget, this hostel is one of the best places to stay in the city. You get all the modern conveniences of a regular hotel but at hostel prices. If you want to spend a bit extra, you can even book a single room all

Professional and friendly staff.
The staff at the hostel go that extra mile to make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. They will do their best to make sure that everything is running smoothly, and if you have any cause for complaint, they are willing to listen.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms a bit noisy.
The hostel is close to a lot of pubs, and there is a bar downstairs which means that you will undoubtedly hear late night drinkers on their way home. Inside the hostel can get a bit loud too, with the walls and doors being a bit thin.
negative:
Wi-Fi not up to much.
The advertised free Wi-Fi isn’t as good as it sounds. Sure it’s free but it’s not very good so you will end up paying for the premium Wi-Fi just to get a good signal. Not very good customer service.
negative:
Beds rather uncomfortable.
The beds are in need of replacing at this hostel, not because they are old but because they are not very good. If you just need to put your head down for the night, then they’re ok, but don’t expect too much comfort.
