Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are helpful and friendly, making all guests feel valued.

Whilst rooms are basic, laminate flooring rather than carpet and modern decor have made maintenance and cleaning easy. This coupled with guests feeling they have received good value for money ensures satisfied customers.

Whilst staff are helpful and facilities are sufficient, guests found the hotel clinical and lacking in personality.

Guests report noise from corridors and neighbouring rooms. Thin walls and a lack of sound proofing are the culprits.

Staying for more than one night, may be an issue, as rooms have a lack of storage available. Some guests have been disappointed to find their room does not have a wardrobe or cupboard space.
