Many guests felt the airport shuttle was a nice amenity to have. They appreciated the kind drivers and the various places the shuttle took guests. The shuttle also takes you to various attractions such as the Air and Space Museum.
The hotel location is very close to the airport and therefore is convenient for people who need to catch a flight. This hotel is also convenient for people who want to visit the D.C. area. There’s also a shuttle to take guests to the airport and the nearby area.
The hotel was found to be expensive by many guests. The hotel was not in a particular attractive area and the amenities were not many. The Wi-Fi was a paid service as well as the breakfast.
Guests felt the rooms did not do a good job of keeping the noise to a minimum from other guests. They could hear people talk in the hallways and next door. They were not able to have a tranquil rest as the noise was too much.
Guests did not understand why the Wi-Fi was not free. Most hotels and motels offer this service at no charge and they did not feel the Wi-Fi should be a paid service.
