Visitors rave about the location of the hotel. Bras Basah metro station is a five-minute walk from the hotel and from there you can take the train to a number of popular Singapore destinations. The property is also within walking distance of Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre and the popular Bugis neighbourhood.

Each morning there is a breakfast buffet served at the property's on-site restaurant, Sun's Cafe. Travellers spoke very highly of the breakfast saying the food quality is high and adding that a number of food types are available so you're likely to find something appealing to your taste buds.

The accommodations are rather spacious according to guests who also note that the rooms make sure you feel comfortable and not cramped.

Several travellers complain about a lack of cleanliness found in some of the accommodations at the property. You might find dust or general dirt in some of the rooms and the bathroom in particular needs to be looked after better by housekeeping.

The decor of the hotel isn't anything you will marvel at according to a number of visitors who point out that it is fairly dated looking. Among the issues are worn carpets and a generally older-style of decorations found throughout the property.

The property has an on-site fitness centre but a few guests were less than complimentary about this facility. Some visitors state that the gym is pretty small and add that the equipment is somewhat old and fairly basic as well.
