The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are happy to give you recommendations on places to go see and things to do whilst visiting. The reception staff are hard-working and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The guest rooms and studios are are beautifully decorated and modern, they are fitted with everything you may need whilst on holiday. The beds are firm and very comfortable with clean and luxurious bedding. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned daily by the friendly service staff.
The outdoor areas of the villas are very attractively landscaped and kept clean.The swimming pool is of a good size with ample sun loungers and shade available for when it gets hot. The sun terrace is spacious and peaceful with lovely views.
Upon arrival at the villas you will find a rather steep hill. Many taxi drivers refuse to drive down the hill and so you need to navigate it with all of your luggage and each time you go for a walk. This can be especially tricky with young children or the elderly.
The shower stall itself is on the smaller side and the shower head needs to be put up on a stable hook as it is quite uncomfortable and inconvenient to hold it whilst showering. The shower also tends to leak water on the bathroom floor which can become a slipping hazzard.
Some guests have reported that upon arrival at the villas they were shown to a different room to the one that they had booked and previously confirmed. The owners would then tell them that they had to take it up with the third party through which they booked and not with the hotel itself.
