Review summary

Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to families and sightseers, offering a comfortable and convenient base for exploring. The property boasts a prime location in the heart of Hershey, just minutes from major attractions like Hershey Park and Chocolate World. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the indoor pool or maintain their fitness routine in the well-appointed fitness room. The staff consistently receives praise for their friendly and professional demeanor, and the complimentary breakfast, featuring an oatmeal bar and make-your-own waffles, is a consistent highlight. For a truly comfortable stay, consider requesting a room with a traditional bed, as the pull-out sofa beds are often noted as less comfortable.
