People really liked that there are lots of places to eat so close by to the hotel, as well as that they had easy access to public transportation to get to other parts of the city. Others noted the downtown Miami location put them in close proximity to Bayside Park and a shopping centre nearby.
Travelers appreciated that the rooms are tidy and very clean. They added the cleanliness added to the comfort of their stay.
The moment you arrive to this hotel, the staff is on top of whatever it is that you need according to satisfied guests. From the bellmen to the front desk, employees are extremely helpful and polite. In addition, many of the people who work here are multilingual which appealed to international guests.
The clear glass wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom was not for everyone. People felt that it did not give them enough privacy if they were sharing the room with someone else, and found it to be a strange concept.
No one likes to pay extra charges, so it’s not surprising that people were not fond of having to pay for parking, and that they didn’t really have any other options to park elsewhere.
The small lobby can get crowded fast and people found it to be a problem during especially busy check-ins. Guests found it to be a bit chaotic for their liking.
